SCOPE OF WORK:-
- Decommissioning of existing slug flash vessel.
- Rehabilitation of Nominated HP Separator Vessel.
- Installation of Rehabilitated HP Separator Vessel
- Fabrication/ Mani-folding and installation of the 3’’ stainless steel HP separator
- Installation Of New process Water Pumps (P-8165 A/B)
- Installation of control valves- LCV401 A/B, PCV 406A/B, 81-SDV 405. 81-SDC 402, PCV 406, 81-SDV 330, 81-FCV 320, 81-FCV 330
- Installation of 2’’ flow meter
- Modification of the slug catcher outlet arm
- Fabrication/manifolding and installation of all open and closed drains
- Lay and welding of 6’’ and 2’’ condensate line (1000m) long to Incoming manifold.
- Construction, mani-folding and installation of 4’’ Gas line to flare scrubber manifold.
- Fabrication and installation of 10’’Valve platform.
- Modification of the 10’’ and 12’’ Export inlet line and the outlet of the Pre-bypass separator line
- Modification of 6’’HP separator relief line.
- Replacement of Slug Catcher Level Control Valves.
- Modification of The By-pass Separator Gas outlet Piping.
- Replacement Of Undersized Bonny 31 F/L PC
- Blasting and painting activity
- Commissioning
